Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to confirmation, approval
of artwork and credit approval; on domestic custom
orders manufacturing time and availability of
material is also a consideration. |

Lead Times
On
custom domestic production, shipping date averages
3-4 weeks from order entry. Lead times are subject
to receipt of camera-ready artwork, paper proof
approvals, pre-production samples (if required),
availability of materials, credit approvals,
quantity ordered, and production schedule at
time of order placement. Shipping date confirmations
are made at time of order entry. On stock product,
shipping averages 5-7 days from order entry.

Artwork
Pricing
is based on customer-supplied and pre-approved
professionally prepared camera-ready artwork,
e-mail, or disk. Acceptable disk formats are:
Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Express, Pagemaker,
and Freehand. The standard hourly rate $50(V)
per hour will apply for any needed changes,
touch-ups, separations. Estimated art charges
will be supplied upon request after review
of art. Invoiced amount will reflect actual hours spent. Art will be enlarged
or reduced, at no charge, to fit maximum imprint size unless otherwise directed.

Samples
Custom
random samples are available and can be loaned
at your request for up to 30 days. Standard shipping
will be at no charge. Expedited freight will
be charged to your account. Samples must be returned
in original condition. Samples not returned will
be billed to the recipient at replacement cost.
Up to three stock samples per order are available
at no charge with customer-provided shipping account number. Stock samples may
not be returned. |

Pre-Production
Samples
If required, domestic printed pre-production
samples are available at $50(V). For stock merchandise
paper proofs are available and will be automatically
submitted at no charge. Printed pre-production
stock samples will be charged at $15(V) per color. |

Custom Samples
Custom-designed unimprinted samples can be made
to your requirements. Minimum charge is $50(V).
Please get a quotation at time of request. This
charge will be rebated on the production order.
The sample remains the property of Bernard. |

Bag Sizes
All
sizes are approximate and finished goods may
vary plus or minus 1/2 inch in each direction. |

Fabric Color and
Variation
We cannot guarantee against variances
in color, weave, backing, or finish. Repeat orders
may vary from previous order. Similar colors
of different materials do not match. |

Order Revisions and
Cancellations
Inclusion of request made after
order has been placed will be attempted, but
not guaranteed, depending on manufacturing process.
Revisions requiring added labor, special handling
or rush service will require an additional quotation
for your approval. Increases in quantity will
require a confirmation of acceptance, which will
depend on availability of material and time.
Reductions in quantity may result in increased
costs and are subject to Bernard acceptance.
Re-stocking available only on blank stock products
at a 15% charge. |

Over and Under-runs
We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or
5% under the actual quantity ordered. If overrun
not acceptable, customer must accept risk of
10% under-run. Exact amount shipped will be amount
billed. |

Terms
Net 30 days
for credit-approved customers. Visa and Mastercard
accepted. |

Packing and Shipping
Unless
otherwise specified, all items are quoted bulk
packed and shipped via UPS, FedEx ground or best
way. Special requirements must accompany purchase
order and can be quoted separately. Delivery
to multiple locations are subject to handling
charges of $7.50(V) per location. |
