What
is the minimum for made to order product?
100 pieces for USA made. Quantities vary for overseas production,
depending on the cost of the individual item with minimums ranging
from 1500 - 5000 pieces. |

What
fabrics are available?
Cotton canvas in all weights and double-faced dual color canvases,
nylons - 70D., 200D., 400D., ballistic nylon.
You may also specify fabric -- including but not limited to vinyls,
microfibers, meshes and specialty fabrics of all types. |

What
types of decoration are available?
screen printing, embroidery, rubber patches, custom zipper pulls,
imprinted labels, woven labels, imprinted and embroidered ribbon |

Are
there styles available besides the ones shown
here?
Yes. We will make any style you specify -- from your drawing, from
a
picture, from a sample you ask us to duplicate. |

How
long does it take to make a custom order?
Normal production time is three to four weeks for USA production,
depending on availability of materials. For overseas orders, normal
production time is 75-90 days, but this can be shortened in certain
circumstances. Air shipments are also possible which save 1-2 weeks. |

Is
there a guaranteed delivery on all orders?
Yes. When artwork has been received, we will give you a guaranteed
delivery. |

Describe
the process after an order is placed.
First, a paper proof with artwork and placement will be submitted
for
approval. If pre-production sample is required, one will be provided.
Production time begins with the approval of the pre-production sample. |

Are
samples available?
Yes. We can provide samples of other orders for your consideration
and
we will make a sample to your specifications. All custom samples
will be memo billed and must be returned. Stock samples will be billed
at end column pricing. Three (3) stock samples are available at no
charge upon request. Shipping number must be supplied at time of
request. |

Is
drop shipping available?
Individual drop shipping is not available, but multi-location shipments
of multiple units is. Call for cost quotation. |

Can
fabrics be specify?
You can also specify fabrics including, but not limited to vinyls, microfibers,
meshes, polysuedes and specialty fabrics of all types. |
